Shipping & Delivery
Orders within Singapore
We offer doorstep delivery via a courier service for all orders within Singapore.
Your orders should reach you within 3-4 business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays) .
Delivery charges vary between $5 to $10 a location depending on item ordered.
Delivery is free for orders over S$100.
*With the current situation, we do offer contactless delivery whereby our delivery person will leave the item at the gate or outside the door. Kindly advise us accordingly if you would like to opt for contactless delivery.

International Orders
We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping for international orders.
Please note that some countries charge customs and import duties, and customers may be charged for handling fees and taxes as the order passes through customs. These charges must be borne by the recipient of the parcel. We are not responsible for any customs or import duty charges.
Items to be shipped out are trackable by us only while still in Singapore. However upon reaching the country or city of destination, we will not be able to do the tracking. The customer is to check the status of the item with the postal or courier service in their country / area.

Exchange / Return Policy
All items may be returned to us for an exchange or refund. . Requests for exchange or refund must be submitted to us at hello.darifarida@gmail.com WITHIN 14 DAYS after receiving the item.
Items must be returned in their original conditions - unworn, unaltered, unwashed and free of damages with all tags still attached and must be in their original packaging.
If we find returned items not in the conditions as stated above, exchange/refund requests will not be accepted.
We strongly advise for returned items to be sent back to us via a traceable delivery method, whose costs is to be borne by the customer. We will not be responsible for any lost item(s) sent back using non-traceable mode of delivery.
